SATSANG

'In this day and age, Satsang is the most important practice.'
Sharon Gannon, co-founder, Jivamukti Yoga

Anytime we want to be inspired, whether we are at a sporting event, religious services, a rock concert, or need to clean our house, some type of singing is involved. The singing helps us to transcend the mundane and tap into our vibrating nature.

'Good and virtuous company gives rise to non-attachment.'
Satsang means keeping the company of the holy, the like-minded and those who are identified with the truth. Satsang can include Sanskit chanting, meditation, or a discussion. At Jivmaukti Yoga Sydney we are very blessed to have guest teachers from all over the globe joining us regularly for Satsang.

Please see below for upcoming Satsang dates with international and local yoga teachers!
